When you complete a speaking or listening exercise, we collect the audio recordings and written responses you submit. This content is processed to generate automated scores, transcripts, and feedback, and may be retained as part of your assessment history.
Audio recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel and the automated systems used to generate your results.
5. AI Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including third-party AI providers, to analyze submitted audio and written responses and generate scores, transcripts, and feedback. Content may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of producing your assessment results.
AI-generated feedback is not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified human examiner, and we do not guarantee that any assessment result is entirely free of error or bias.
